Can giving blood make you tired?
I had blood taken on Wednesday afternoon and I have been completely exhausted since. Could that be why?

Yes... definitely!
Drink lots of water (to replenish your fluids) and apple juice (sugar) and leafy greens (iron).

I donated blood last month and I think it took me 2 days to fully recover from it, I was dizzy and tired for about two days after it

Thank you for telling me this! I have been absolutley WIPED the past 2 days. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow AM.

I feel the same way and I get really bad headaches that last all day. I have to remember to keep drinking fluids.

Oh yes it can! I also find having a nice steak dinner helps replenish me as well!
